Exactly what happened to me. I ordered two shirts; one shipped immediately, the other never.
After waiting 5 months for an actual ship date, I contacted company and requested a refund. Received refund quickly.
Very poor or no communication provided regarding order status and they should not charge credit card until shipping for items on backorder. They have very nice clothes when they can be had.
